YWCA here I come.

Finally, I got a membership to the YWCA and I am so ready to do something. Maybe some of you will send me positive feedback or some kind of support because I definitely don’t like exercising. So help me out, please. But don’t tell me to suck it up. I don’t need to hear stuff like that. But I am going so be happy for me. Until next time, I plan to be in the pool.

  1. There’s nothing like loving yourself and taking care of yourself. Go girl! You can do this. Keep a positive mind and know that you aren’t doing this to loose weight but rather to be healthy. The number on the scale is just a number. YOU GOT THIS!!!

  2. I also belong to the YMCA. I usually go three times a week after work. Sometimes, I think how much easier it would be to go straight home and have a beer, but I go to the gym religiously. Once I’m there, everything falls into place. I can push myself a lot or a little. The important thing is that I’m there. Everything I do there is of benefit to my health. ~ Dennis
